Worker rest is a short-term, low-cost respite shelter for recharging one's batteries outside of urban centers.

Our main activity aims to alleviate the conditions of people suffering from work-related stress, problematic family situations, single parenthood, loneliness, poverty with activities carried out in large parts by volunteers, students, interns and employees.

Worker rest Répit du travailleur " in the region of …………………………………… aims to support people suffering from stress caused by work.

Determines that the conditions in which those living below the “poverty” line find themselves are deprived of the resources, means, choices and power necessary to acquire and maintain their autonomy and to promote their integration and participation in society.

Worker Rest / Respite was created by volunteers to provide support and self-help services and programs such as information sessions, conferences, workshops, focus groups and counseling.

People placed in custody in an establishment or hospitalized, in a detention center, housed in a reception residence and other types of public establishments.

The majority of donations are expected to come from individuals and businesses (restaurants, hotels and stores) in the community.

We will rent a local service “Café-Restauration” located at # ................ from the street ……………………………. In order to 
support these people suffering from work-related stress 

Volunteers will offer their participation by supporting people suffering from stress caused by work, family, single parenthood, etc.

By providing services such as information sessions, workshops, conferences and organization of focus groups and counseling
, services such as educational plans to achieve this goal.

The organization is expected to raise around five thousand dollars from the sale of products made and sold by for-profit companies, pens, t-shirts or posters clearly bearing the name or logo of the organization.

The funds raised will be used to maintain the operating expenses of the organization. These services will be offered at the Respit du Travail / Worker rest, which helps people experiencing poverty who are unable to join the workforce for one reason or another.

The Worker Rest Respite services will be advertised in area newspapers and community centers.

Research and development of funding strategies and plans or the search for potential donors;

Recruitment and training of expert consultants;

Hiring fundraisers;

Donor recognition programs.

Necessary home repairs, separation, bereavement, moving, medical appointments

Overwork, professional exhaustion, without medical follow-up, situation of handicap, people with a disability, accident, special benefit, training, visitation rights, insolvency, alimony, unemployment, loss of employment, loss of identity cardvulnerable, homeless, other.

Housing and Residential Building Assessment, Workplace Inspection.

People in situations of poverty, placed in institutional custody or hospitalized, in detention centers, housed in residential care and other types of public establishments

Our volunteer program has several objectives:

Enrich the volunteer experience to create a better future for our communities. Encourage our members to give the best of themselves and produce a volunteer experience that will produce superior results on a sustained basis.

This is favored by the creation of a work environment which provides a very satisfactory quality of professional life for all staff.

This program will include the participation of people who actively work within the organization, including “active” volunteers, unpaid interns, intermediary employees and any other partners.

Such programs contribute significantly to the country's economy and meet the needs of many communities.

The Worker's Respite/Worker Rest offers the opportunity to gain work experience and improve skills in one's field of study.
