Mechanisms of stressors

Studies have shown that stressors can cancel each other out or accumulate depending on the situation.

They have a more detrimental effect when they persistare suffering and not chosenmultiply and coexist with other incompatible factors.

In 1979, Robert Karasek devised a typical model of stressful conditions at work. He took into account the demands placed on the employeethe support given to the latter and the control he can exercise over his position.
