Workshop on Managing Workplace Stress
The proposed program for 2026-2027 focuses on managing workplace stress, with a particular emphasis on the different forms of stress that workers may encounter, depending on their positions, working conditions, and work environment. This action plan aims to provide participants with practical tools and a supportive framework for managing stress effectively and preventing burnout.
September 2026 - Workshop on Managing Workplace Stress
Objective: To help participants better manage workplace stress, especially in situations of pressure or conflict within the professional environment.
Activities offered:
• Relaxation and guided meditation sessions: Relaxation techniques to reduce tension and promote concentration.
• Individual stress assessment: Evaluation of stress levels through questionnaires and personalized interviews.
• Group discussions: Sharing experiences on stress management with an employer or supervisor.
• Practical advice: Strategies for maintaining a work-life balance and avoiding burnout.
October 2026 - Workshop on stress among single or low-wage workers
Objective: To discuss the specific difficulties related to low-wage jobs and precarious working conditions.
Activities offered:
• Analysis of single parenthood: How to manage family responsibilities and a job with precarious hours or working conditions.
• Session on the effects of stress on low-wage workers: Understanding the challenges related to job insecurity and how to cope with them.

November 2026 - Managing Absenteeism and Labor Shortages
Objective: To address the issue of absenteeism in the workplace, particularly in manual and service sectors.
Proposed Activities:
• Workshop on Stress Reduction Strategies: Preventing absenteeism through stress and workload management.
• Roundtable on Working Hours: Optimizing working hours to avoid overwork and burnout.
• Workshop on Alternative Solutions: Discussions on teleworking, flexible hours, and work-life balance.
December 2026 - Dialogue with Employers and Conflict Management
Objective: To provide tools for improving communication with employers and managing conflicts in the workplace.
Activities offered:
• Simulated dialogues with employers: Addressing sensitive topics such as salary increases, promotions, and working conditions constructively.
• Conflict resolution workshop: Techniques and strategies for resolving workplace disputes calmly and professionally.
January 2027 - Stress among teenagers and young workers
Objective: To address the issue of stress in the workplace for young workers, particularly those taking their first steps in the professional world.
Activities offered:
• Information session: Tools and strategies for managing stress from the start of a professional career.
• Workshop on work-study balance: How to manage academic and professional expectations to prevent stress from affecting mental health.
• Support group: Establishing a discussion space for young workers to share their experiences and support each other.
February 2027 - Combating Burnout at Work
Objective: To raise awareness of burnout and offer strategies for coping with it.
Activities offered:
• Information session on burnout: Recognizing the early warning signs of burnout and understanding its root causes.
• Practical exercises to reduce burnout: Relaxation techniques, time management, and rebalancing priorities to avoid mental and physical exhaustion.
March 2027 - Stress Management Assessment and Burnout Prevention
Objective: To evaluate progress made in managing stress at work and offer long-term burnout prevention strategies.
Activities offered:
• Progress assessment: Measuring stress levels before and after the workshops to track participants' progress.
• Group reflection: Identifying and adjusting best practices for ongoing stress management.
