Make tenant improvements:

Make improvements to rented property;

Initial home inspection;

Rental market assessment;

Necessary home repairs.

Either the improvements must be removed from the property when the lease expires

Either the landlord is required to pay the tenant the fair market value of the improvements at the end of the lease

Either the tenant will pay reduced rental fees for the cost of the improvements amortized over the entire duration of the lease

General condition of the accommodation (add additional areas in the white spaces below: bedrooms, terrace, storage room, etc.)

Other elements inspected, Piping, light bulbs, Painting of walls and ceiling, Concealed electrical outlets;

Any holes in the walls, check the correct functioning of the household appliances;

Worker Rest offers the opportunity to gain work experience and improve skills in his field of study.

Promote volunteerism throughout the community with the participation of people who actively work within the organization;

Promote and enable social reintegration;

To improve the standard and quality of life of people who are unable to participate in the workforce, for whatever reason.

Target customers:

Low-income people;

People experiencing poverty;

Persons placed in custody in an establishment, hospitalized, placed in pre-trial detention, or who are housed in a reception residence or in other types of public establishments;

Persons who have received a verdict of not criminally responsible due to mental disorder or unfitness to stand trial; the types of decisions: unconditional release, conditional release, detention with or without modality.

Our objective of social reintegration is to support people suffering from stress caused by work, allow people on low income, in situations of poverty and people placed under institutional care to regain their autonomy through access to services and support and assistance programs.

These include information sessions, conferences, workshops, discussion groups and counseling.

These services and programs will enable social reintegration, regain autonomy, meet the training and support needs of people in serious difficulties with the aim of rehabilitation.

Worker Respite offers the opportunity to gain work experience and improve skills in their field of study.

Our volunteer program has several objectives:
