This service aims to support beneficiaries in understanding, accessing, and using the legal and medico-legal resources best suited to their situation.Legal and Medico-Legal Assistance:
Support in understanding the procedures, rights, and available recourse based on the individual's circumstances.
Budgetary Assistance and Financial Planning:
Assistance with budget management, personal finance organization, and financial planning.
Personal and Financial Affairs Management:
Support in organizing, filing, and tracking personal documents and administrative obligations. Support in understanding deadlines and required procedures.
Legal Planning and Protection:
Support in preparing essential legal documents such as wills and powers of attorney in case of incapacity. Information on available options to protect the individual's assets and wishes.
Preparation of Essential Documents:
Assistance with drafting, completing, and submitting important documents, including government forms (e.g., applications for social assistance, benefits, and other support programs).
Bilingual Communication Services:
Communication support in French and English to facilitate access to services, understanding of information, and communication with various organizations.
Translation and Digital Support
Assistance with understanding and translating digital and paper documents, as well as support in using the digital tools necessary for managing administrative processes.

Experiencing precarious situations
In detention or institutionalized (hospitalization, incarceration, etc.)
